Try beating on a white bucket and see what happens.
Before I wasted my trip I would make dern sure it wasn't a White Holland and if there is some black on it's tips it would be a Royal Palm.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

Can a white holland have a blue and white head? The pics i looked up they all have bright red heads

In the early 80's, I had permission to hunt some land in the Cahaba area. There were several white gobblers there and I went on a mission to kill one. Unfortunately I severed my achilles tendon playing basketball and ended up trying to chase them on crutches. Didn't work out too well.

I have hunted turkeys while on crutches...it sure don't work well.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
