I've seen them flying around frequently recently. It's a usual occurrence for the bird to be in the air especially around rough areas, but they had stopped for a while because of the virus stuff. Seems incomprehensible to me as to why they would run a chopper like that, that requires a paid pilot, co-pilot, fuel, and maintenance, when the tax revenue has basically grinded to a halt.
Oh wait, this city is run by a dumbass named Mayor Maddox, so it's completely understandable.
