How is everyone doing as far as seeing deer moving thru out the day. We get some of the best temps that I came remember in a long time and we are getting strong winds that is off setting the good temperature. I saw a fox this morning at 9 but no deer movement. I was set up by a white oak with plenty of sign around it.

I sat until about 11 am this morning and didn't hear or see a deer. I was set up in a travel corridor where I see deer 90% of the time. Even the squirrels were not moving very much. Hope this cool weather has them feeding early this afternoon.

Sat twice- opening day afternoon in the rain. Saw zilch. Yesterday afternoon, cloudy, strong steady wind, saw zilch. temps have been good but the rest of the weather has SUCKED!!!! Last year by this time I had killed two does. This year I have yet to see a deer.

Saw a couple fresh tracks today and one lonely 4-point around a clover field. That's the first movement I've seen so far, and I've hunted most of the day Thursday, Friday, and today. Bet they move well late tonight.

i saw 3 bucks yesterday at 530 pm and 5 does today at bout 5 pm.
