Am I being inpatient or do I need to replant? Any tips if I have to re-plant? The seeds were coated with something but not sure what...

My lima beans and purple hulls have been in the ground for 12 days and and the germination is sparse. Kinda think the co-op sold me some bad seed . No packing date to be found.

Mine didn't have a date either... Hopefully they'll come up. Otherwise I'm not sure what to do to increase germination before planting if anything. Or if I need to find different seeds

I think because of the green bean shortage due to bad crops last year, there is lots of old seed being sold. Only seed I bought this year was the Providers and they germinated fine. All the others I had and they did fine also. The zipper cream seed I planted a few weeks ago didn’t germinate well at all. If it’s not better when I get home they will be replaced with purple hulls.
