One more soaker hose question. Do I need to run it under my weed barrier "tarp" or on top of ok? I'm about to mulch after I install the soaker hose but wasn't sure if it needs to go over or under the barrier fabric. Either way will work but the soaker hose will last more seasons if you put it under it. Keeps the sun off it.
