Why not just follow the rules
How many rules r u gonna follow when it comes to taking rights away...im sure your older than me and I respect u cuz I'm sure your also wiser in ways, but I've concluded that a bunch of stuff has been shut down that doesn't need to be
The reason things are shut down is because the younger generation is using all the free time to congregate in parks and open places for parties. Now that would be fine if these idiots were the only ones being killed by the 'Rona but that is not how it works. They are putting everyone at risk, therefore, it is in the best interest of all of society to close the parks. If you don't like it file a lawsuit and try to get an injunction, but I guarantee that a court will say it passes the strict scrutiny test, i.e. the best interest of society overrides your right to use public property. Just another example of the minority ruining it for the majority.
