Your gonna have to wait about 6 months after they develop a vaccine or an antibiotic that works very well, they will probably start-up all professional sports after a little over a month, and all businesses/shops will reopen after about 3 weeks. It will probably take a little while until parents start letting their little kids start playing sports again. People will probably be very reluctant to shake a hand, hug, or get very close to people. But over time, people will forget and feel comfortable doing it, it will probably take about 12 months for the most reluctant people to start doing it regularly.
But it will take a very good vaccine or antibiotic to convince most people to try to return to normal life
