Yes, it is really copyrighted. You can probably google search "KENMACK" for images and find it by now though. This is one of his masterpieces I found from a quick google search.  UFFFF, careful what you look for on Google. Apparently there is a person by the name of "Ken Mack" who, um, isn't so shy. Dadgum, no wonder he picked THAT screen name! **NOTE: This picture was posted in compliance with Title 17 of the United States Code which allows for limited use of Copyrighted materials without the consent of the owner. § 107 . Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. The underlined and italicized portion of Title 17 above is a key provision of U.S. Copyright law. This provision allows for fair use of Copyrighted materials without the expressed written consent of the owner, under the specific circumstances as listed above. The image above was posted to the Internet by the Copyright owner, and freely distributed on the internet by him. The initial publication and distribution of the work by the Copyright owner allows for public comment and critique of that work. The intent and nature regarding the alleged use of the Copyrighted material above is clearly based in a critical and commentary fashion. Although it is of a non-professional nature, the right to cite a work while offering critique and personal comments is guaranteed by Title 17 above. Also worth noting is the fact that these actions neither seek profit from the use of the Copyrighted property, nor do they defame or have they been mutilated as to create an attack on the honor or moral character of the Copyright owner.
