I can’t run with earbuds of any type. I don’t like being on the street and not being able to hear anything but music. I just play music on my phone through it’s speakers but I never run for more than 40 min so it’s not a big deal. Get the bone conduction type and you can still hear. They don't go in your ear. Sit in front of ear hole.
