You want true wireless or just some good Bluetooth earbuds? I have to use the sport kind that wrap around the ear or they will fall out. I've got a pair of the j-lab true wireless sport they sell at Walmart $69.99 Pros: light and comfortable, also has an "awareness mode" where you can hear outside Noise and voice if you want to. Cons: controls are via a little touch pad on each bud instead of a button, so if you adjust them on your ear you can easily hit a control. Not a big deal but can be a hassle. Battery life not as good as the wire connected Bluetooth, probably 4-6 hours per charge and recharging is done in a case not by just connecting a charging wire. Also the case has a short usb A male connector that makes for some awkward charging. You can also just use the right ear bud if you want but you can't just use the left one. However, the comfort of these make them my favorite earbuds. I also have the blackweb sport Bluetooth earbuds from Walmart $15-20. These have better battery life, 8-10 hours per charge. They have a control button and you just plug in a micro USB to charge them. They are heavier and bulkier and of course they have the wire connecting the two that can be uncomfortable sometimes. Both sets are very durable and waterproof. I've had the blackweb over a year and the j-lab about 4 months and use the almost every day. Also both only take about an hour to fully charge from zero battery.

I have been pleased with Apple Airpods so far. Had them about a year. No issues.

PowPow hits some good points. I have been a runner for years and like him, have to use the ones with the hooks around the ears for the jarring while running. I have come to realize that pretty much all ear buds are disposable. You sweat in them long enough, they will eventually quit working. I have bought high dollar ear buds and cheap ones. The expensive ones last longer, but are still disposable at some point. For me, I buy the $30-$50 range earbuds off Amazon. (my current pair are 2 years old) The ones that have a connector (wire) between the two buds that lay behind your neck, are the best for me. I have bought several sets of the the two separate ear buds, but they do not stay in my ear good when running, and also with the jarring of running, act like they are being tapped, which will fast forward your music or "think" you are trying to use the voice activated controls for making/answering a phone call. Earbuds like these are what I'm currently using and had good luck with.

Do yourself a favor and get the bone conduction ones. Trekz Titanium Sport. Wear mine every day. Just put them around my neck when I am not using them. GF wears hers at work all day. They sound awesome. Work great with the phone. And ain't sticking in your ear. Bought 2 daughters and a granddaughter as set for Christmas. A friend bought her grandson with hearing issues a set and he can hear the phone now. Was about $100 when I got mine. You can get them about $75 off Amazon at times. Best money I have spent in a while.

I prefer over the ear Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones
Better for shooting, tractor work, grass cutting, etc

IVE tried several different pair and ended up with the apple pods.
Georgia Football..Acts like Bama but has a trophy case like South Carolina.

I can’t run with earbuds of any type. I don’t like being on the street and not being able to hear anything but music. I just play music on my phone through it’s speakers but I never run for more than 40 min so it’s not a big deal.

I’ve been through 4 pair of Jaybird’s and can’t them to last more than 6 months. Trying a new brand next time.

My hearing aids are bluetooth and connect with my Iphone with not problems A little high for earbuds though at $5K.
My son has some Beats Wireless and he like them. Has had them for a year and a half with no issues.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Sit in front of ear hole.
