And that my friends is the result of an animal kingdom welfare system.
They have been trained over generations that they do not need to provide for themselves, so they have become completely reliant on others to feed them. Since there seemed to be an unlimited supply of food, even the weakest survived, prospered (from handouts), and continued to bred further diluting the gene pool and increasing the dependency on handouts. When that "free" source of food is removed, they revert to savages.
