One of the birds that was hammering on the roost got fired up bout 8:00. Called up 3 of his ladies and we are calling back a forth, he cuts loose and is less than 50 yrds. Get my son ready to shoot when all of a sudden a truck comes down the road. Someone trying to find a way to their property. Well I lost control and had to quickly regain my compose knowing my 8 yr old was watching. I just don’t get it he had to drive right past my truck. Ended up being a nice a guy and he apologized. Turkey started gobblin on his place and even told me to take my boy after him.
