Tried a new place. No turkey sign. we decided to sit down and nap.
Probably a bad sign when you drive a few miles through a huntable area and never see another truck.

Had 3 birds gobbling ok this morning but then the rain came and shut them down and we got wet! So we eased back to the truck and came on home. Saw several in full strut with hens on the ride back.
We are not perfect, only forgiven!!!
