My fiancé got this from a school fundraiser. She says it’s bleeding. I told her it should pull apart. She says it won’t.

Definitely not done and the seller needs to be questioned. Some people may be eating that nearly raw pork.

Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

I wouldn't eat that.

I'd say something to the fundraising people, not to complain, but to inform them of the issues they will be having after the other patrons eat the other ones cook like yours.

God Bless,
David B.

Pork is safe to eat at 145f. It is probably safe to eat but it's not gonna pull until around 200f.

Should never be blood with pork. Hard to imagine an experienced cook putting that out

Nothing wrong with the rare pork. I prefer it that way.

I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

I agree with Outback. Get it to 160 and then slice it with a knife.

The only thing I would wanna get to 195 is a chicken.

We learned a long time ago that most butts that were sold for fundraisers were undercooked for our taste. Always had to cook them a little more at home.

It be's that way sometimes.
