While those new cumaparts are put-putting that gallon of milk around my 2500 6.0’s are hauling thousands of pounds of tools every mile and keeping the interstate traffic moving.
I now have two with over 300k still getting it done every day. I wouldn’t trade 1 of them for EVERY diesel pickup made in the last 10 years if I had to keep it and feed it everyday.

I own a FLEET of the most dependable lowest maintenance trucks I’ve ever been around and all but 1 are 6.0 2500’s. If that damn 98 model 5.9 Cummins would ever die I’d replace it with another 6.0 2500


I've got about 20-30 trucks on the road at all times and most are diesel.

Been really happy with gas F-250's. We never ran any 6.0 gas Chevy but I would get one in a New York minute over anything diesel in today's market. Every diesel truck built past the 7.3 Powerstroke has been a total POS up to the 2019 models. I don't have any 2020 models. They are too complicated and unreliable. I have the service records to prove it. That is Ford, Dodge and Chevy. We have tried them all. DEF was their final nail in the coffin.

I do not understand why people continue to buy them to haul milk around town. By my estimation about 1 in 20 actually has a hitch in the bed. It is a total joke 1/2 of them never see a trailer.

No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
