Want some for an investment only?
I know where 70 acres in N Mobile county is CHEAP. Landlocked though. You can buy (force) right of way and the nearest ingress is not far. Less than half a mile.
Got 40 acres in Baldwin County with about 300' paved road frontage between Bay Minette and Perdido I'll take $2500 an acre for. Can't buy much around there under 100 acre parcels for much less, if any. Timber (non merchantable, 15 yr old natural regrowth) on all but 1 acre.
