I don't think game check was foisted on everyone as an elaborate scheme. It is one of those legacy things aspiring leaders think they need to differentiate themselves from past leaders. That is obvious to see, this many changes in this short a period of time is what it looks like it is And several states across the US have had very good/working check systems for decades and the Alabama DCNR tries to reinvent the wheel. Nothing but incompetent imbeciles in charge down there.
