At what point have I spoke for all regions of the state? Go ahead, I'll wait.
Right, I haven't. More than once I have said that all areas are different and need different management (dates), but the state as a whole has the same problem from one corner to the other with outlaws, folks that ain't gonna report, ain't gonna follow laws, whatever just because well that's the way it's always been. I'd wager Alabama has the biggest population of hunting outlaws in the nation. It's obvious the GW can't do anything about it, it's too widespread.
Im happy for you to have a deer population that allows a large doe harvest with no ill effects, but fact remains "most" of the state don't. Consider yourself blessed.
