Sadie is a purebred "Original Mountain Cur". I got her from Oakachoy here on Aldeer. She is very well behaved and hunts with me often. She does track deer too. Has found several for me. Heck of a dog. Hope she sees some.

Sadie pup looked at me like I was crazy. She knows we are supposed to shoot those deer so she can taste some blood. I explained to her that we were saving some "seed stock" for next year. She seemed okay with that after the good explanation. Spent a little time in prayer right at dark thanking the Good Lord above for letting us enjoy His creation and then we got down and walked home in the rain. Just finished up giving Sadie a bath. She and I have had a wonderful season. God truly blessed us both to be able to enjoy it together. Sadie is the first OMC dog I've had in my life and she makes me wonder sometimes why I waited so long to get one. They don't come no smarter than she is.
