Just from my back porch, I've seen probably 1/2 dozen or more (mostly does) trotting across the orchard this morning.
They haven't stopped for anything, just a steady trot, all business. They obviously got some destination in mind. The southeast wind usually shuts them down totally, but this is how they act when I see them. North wind or west wind, they stop by and take advantage of the groceries. South or East wind, they keep moving, or don't move at all.


I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.
