UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As of today. I was awarded primary physical custody. She ended up getting served and did not want to go to court. She wanted to settle out of court. So that is what we done.
My son told her he wanted to live with me. She finally broke down and signed the papers. Thank you all for your prayers and concerns. And if there is any fathers going thru this just give it time and pray on it. It will work out. Thank you all again! Great news!

He has just about figured her and her situation out. It's bad when a 8 almost 9 year old tells you he wants to live with me because it's normal. Thank you all for the kind words boys!
