Hell he's doing better than me. I've seen deer twice this year while in a stand, checked one of my cameras yesterday and have zero pictures in over a week.

And for one I got lucky on my 7pt. I have hunted here my whole life and that's the second buck I have killed. I don't want my daughter to hunt 20yrs and see two bucks. So you guys can run your Damn mouth. Come hunt where I do and let me Know what you see. Maybe her momma’s boyfriend can take her and get her a little closer and see more bucks?

Because EVERYTHING I see is 200yds away. My daughter ain't ready for that May be a good idea to take your daughter shooting instead of hunting. My 8 yr olds can make a 200 yd shot there is no reason a ten year old cant make one. I know you want her to kill one but she likely dont care she just wants to be with dad doing something. Get her comfortable with the rifle create a good rest she can use hunting and let her sling some lead. Or put some corn 50 yds away

#2- If you are seeing deer 200 yards away, on every sit, can you not move your stand (or maybe a pop up) closer?

I'd rather a kid learn how to hunt the hard way and realize they won't see deer most sits than to take them to someone else's place and shoot the first doe that walks in the field 15 minutes after they sit down. It will make that first deer a lot more rewarding for them and be more likely to make them lifelong hunters.
