Anyone ever hunted either of these, if so any luck?

Me and some buddy's hunted an outfitter whos land joined sloughs. We didnt go on the mngmt area but saw some real nice deer on the property we hunted. Ive been wanting to go back up there & check it out we just didnt have time trying to focus on what we hunted that week. Its in the farm farm country & the guide talked like it had crop fields on it like what we hunted.

There ain't no big deer in Kentucky.

I just got back from lbl monday and we had a good time. I would go with sloughs wma because I have heard some good things about it. A guy I know has been to higgins henry twice and his truck got broken into while he was hunting. I hear its good hunting tho.

Thanks guys, I'm going up 2nd week in November. Heard H&H was a great WMA but also heard bad things,(too many hunters, camps broken into etc.). I was thinking Sloughs WMA would be good also, just wanted to hear it from someone else.
