So looked at the area on onX. Looks like he does have land....like 4 acres worth.
Guess he got very lucky to have that old boy cruise thru.......... If it was killed on His land across the highway, he got very lucky...that deer had to swim a channel, run thru proprties that are actively hunted, cross the biggest highway in the county and just happen to end up in his back yard. The deers other route would be right thru the dead center of a property with some of the most productive big buck killers in the area. It’s all completely plausible, though. I’ve got 5 acres directly on the river 3 miles away....just so ya’ll know....you know, in case I kill a 190 incher here soon  ......... don't need a boat to retrieve one in the back yard. Right.... I know what I know and know what I believe and it doesn’t have anything to do with his 4 acres by the tech school. Well then it shouldn't be that hard for y'all in the community to bust his arse. They do it on the tv shows in less than 30 minutes.

Legal or not, this has been entertaining.
So, hypothetically situation. If someone poached a deer, and there is no physical proof. Only pictures of deer on some other property. What can be done, hypothetically.
How would LE investigate a hypothetical situation similar or exactly like this story?

What has he done wrong? I’m gonna ask our president if we can post a few bucks from previously leases since we don’t hunt there anymore. It was a good buck but we have 8-10 that dwarf that one. If that buck had some in here saying he is a ooacher I can’t imagine what the comments would be from some of our better sanctuary bucks we let to get to 8-10 year olds.
