Fella with a long history of poaching shows up with a buck (head only) where pics exist of same buck in area he can't hunt....hhhmmmmmmm
I hope it is legal but my money ain't on it. That's the consensus. If this guy has a history of poaching, it's only fair to question whether or not this was a legal kill. I've observed that Poachers are like pedophiles, they just can't stop.

So the story goes they were two ramblers that struck out at the filling station one night and one of them knew of a trailer in the woods where two real nasty whores lived .They ended up going over there and tagteam em. One went to the a bedroom and ol Redneck took the other to the couch . He said he was tearing that thing up and reached down inside the couch cushion to get one last toe hold before he shot his load and sliced his toe off on a potted meat can . haha, say what??

That head being cut off like that just dont pass the smell test to me But to play Devils Advocate, who says he doesn't mount his own deer? Or know someone that does... With that being said, I want to say that in this thread or on FB, it was stated he said to made a bad shot then went back and found the deer.. said the yotes had got to it. Not saying that is the gospel, but that story is not that far fetched. We have all backed out on a deer to go in hours later to have the yotes eat them up. Its especially easy to make a bad shot when your crappie boat is a little wobbly, you have a spotterlight man with a shaky hand, and the Buck at yer riverbank corn pile is a goshdamgiant... throw in the fact that the good lord cursed you with a handicapped foot. The odds were ever truly against his favor. They’ll probably find a carcus in a huntable area, but if they can’t prove the rest of the story, Redneck will strut away in his Batman underwear holding that severed head high.

Where did all the live pics of the buck (earlier in the thread) come from? The pictures were took on the 1000+ acre facility of Bellefonte nuclear plant. Apparently quite a few people had pictures at hand of said deer.

I've observed that Poachers are like pedophiles, they just can't stop.
Generally speaking, and one of the two I was considered very knowledgeable on the subject, and i can say when you get the chance to bust them you'r better have an airtight case or only one thing happens. The learn and become better Pedophiles and poachers Seriously, we know there is a tie in between animal abuse and pedophilia a good doctoral student might want to study the connection between poaching and pedophilia can see several possible linkages already before cracking a book to read.

I've duck hunted on the river up from Comer bridge my whole life. Before the Duck Commander days.... I've seen several big deer on Bellfonte Island. We use to duck hunt that slew on the island itself. I've had a 150 inch deer get tangled up in the jerk string and drag my decoys with them all out through the woods before. I've mentioned this before on here.
Maybe he was on here and reading closely. Now hang on...... so you are gonna get in one thread and chastise multiple people that live here for saying there has always been a much higher than average density of BIG deer within close proximity of the river around Scottsboro; and then jump in another thread a week later and talk about getting 150’s hung up in your decoys and even go as far to imply that a fellow that has hunted and fished and poached that part of the world ever since he was in diapers maybe got that info cause he read your post and you’ve let the cat out of the bag? Are you that arrogant or just that ignorant ? Dang Brent, you beat me to it. Last week he said I was getting my info from commercial fishermen at the boat ramp on deer along the river. I had to inform about biologist pulling samples from the area to shut him up. Now he knew they were here all along cause hes hunted every in of Jackson and knew they were in the area. Moe and Curly - I never said there were not good deer in Jackson County that did not have decent genetics. Never said they all came from TN, Never said there were no deer down by the TN river. Never said there were not good deer down by the TN river. I explicitly said Alabama is capable of producing respectable deer if they got old enough. What your problem is - Y'all don't even know what I said because y'all have ZERO reading comprehension. Did either of y'all graduate high school? I don't know how. How do y'all cook anything past a peanut butter and jelly sandwich? Neither of the you clowns is very good at being the internet know-it-all concerning Jackson County. Stop trying so hard at it.

You seem really in "the know" about it. I don’t know if I am or not. Probably not qualified enough to say that I am. I’ve heard things from people fairly close to the situation, things that I haven’t posted here about this topic.. Things that Were circulating before Harbin posted the pictures. I know somebody that’s told me enough stories about the “hunter” to make me question the validity of the kill. I hope it was a legal straight forward kill, but it’s hard for me to think that it is. What I typed above this post is no indication or inclination of what I may or may not have heard. This is a fairly small town. With a lot of people that like to talk and for some reason outlaws love to brag on themselves. I would say Jackson County has some of this Countries best hunters.... I would also say that we have some of the countries best poachers/ road hunters/all around piddlers.
