When the story doesnt add up like this one.... it's pretty easy to carry on about it. It's not like some reputable upstanding citizen of aldeer posted a big deer kill and people are piling on. Very rarly does it get toe this level of entertainment and aldeer be wrong about if a deer was killed illegally or if there was other pieces to the story that are untoed.

I think he found that deer head after Trump called in an airstrike.

Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

Coyotes usually start at the butthole or the underbelly. Buzzards and crows get the eyes out with their beaks.

Question: If he posts that he shot it from a boat, can he be arrested or given a ticket ? Are statements on the internet, prosecutible?

Who that's legit takes their deer rifle Crappie fishing? If you kill a critter illegally, the story you make up should be plausible and legal! slap

All he has to do is take the GW to the site and put it to rest, seems simple enough , if it's a legal kill.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.

Can’t you shoot from a boat if all forward motion has ceased? Or is that just ducks?
Also, if it were killed on the Bellefonte reservation proper rather than just the general area of Bellefonte, I’m guessing that was out-of-bounds.
I know there’s no hunting a certain distance around the dam. Used to be same at Bellefonte. Not 100 percent sure since it’s been mothballed but that place would be covered up with folks if it were open for hunting.

Ok, first time seeing this post since the pics. I admit I havent read all the comments, dont have time right this instant. S

So something is unusual here. Why would you cut that deer's head off like that? Looks like they know how to cape a deer as they have others mounted. They just cut the head off. Only time I've ever seen that done is when people cut the head off one that got hit by a car on the side of the road. Looks just like that.

Anyone have a link to his FB page?

I’m guessing any illegality could be difficult to prive, unless in an off limits area.

I guess if the game wardens are checking into it they could ask him to show them the kill/find spot?
