Need to read the comments section, there was a poster posting some interesting stuff little further down. Poster is saying it's goes to some trust of her late husband and her estate is only in the 4-5 mil range. Not sure how true it is, got no dog in that fight.

"The filing continues to say Bashinsky “already had elevated suspicions about Petitioners’ motives and alliances since she had recently learned that Mr. McKleroy, when drafting a previous version of Mrs. Bashinsky’s Last Will and Testament, had named himself and Ms. Townsend as co-executors and, without Mrs. Bashinsky’s prior knowledge or consent, directed that he and Ms. Townsend be paid almost 4% of her entire estate as compensation...”

So the 2 former employees want 4% of $214 million as compensation for being co-executors of her estate? Yeah sure that sounds reasonable...

I have no idea about the grandson, but they certainly seem like they are trying to grab for as much as they can.

I figured you might know them. What about his other kids?

One son killed himself about 10 years ago. His other son is still alive as far as I know, but he lives or lived in the Keys. They received money from the father’s estate separate from her money.

Great grandson plays center for Mountain Brook basketball.

Regardless of which party wins the case, their attorneys stand to make a pretty penny off this little spat.

This^^^^^^, they are gonna be the real winners, always are. They'll keep it tied up in court till she dies, then tie it up a little longer.

"Why do you ask"?

Too many people spend money they don't have , on things they don't need, to impress people they don't know.
