About the practicing to early. Yes, high schools are not allowed to hold "mandatory" or "full pads practice" until so many weeks before season. The way all high schools get away with this is having "voluntary" practices that are not full pads. so basically you are practicing in everything except knee pads. They were practicing with all the coaches there and it was filmed. yeah but it was not a "mandatory" or "full pads practice" practice. Of course all the coaches where there. It goes on every where. Yes, it mattered then. The rules where different.
