What the plan for this property is? I seen a sign today that this property was up for rezoning vote this week. I’m assuming they are going to rezone to commercial but I’m curious if there is buzz as to what may be going on it? I know what the plans were for it about 12 years ago, about one second before Leman Brothers collapsed. Maybe they are resurrecting that development, but I doubt it.
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

I honestly have no idea, but if I had to guess what someone was building around a college town, I’d guess apartments.

I’m terrified on the possibilities. I’m not keen on looking at a strip mall or apartments when I sit on front porch drinking coffee. The hayfield view is much more relaxing.

I would say if your wanting quiet and tranquil mornings and evenings you better start looking to move. That area is not getting any more rural imo. Good luck with it.

It was in the paper not too long ago that it was going to be commercial / manufacturing warehousing. Hay fields don't pay the bills.

Zoning applications are public record, should be able to find out at the courthouse or city hall, whoever has jurisdiction. The agenda may even be online.
