Off topic a little but you guys that get health insurance from your employer, you should always consider that as part of your income. For instance a silver bcbs plan costs me around $1875 per month. So if you look on the bright side if you employer pays half, you are making about $215 per week or $5 more per hour than it appears on the surface.

My employer pays mine and all my coworkers family coverage on the silver plan. We all jokingly call it the scrap iron plan. Because in real world us that’s the value of it. A coworkers wife went into labor recently during the night. The hospital actually hit him up for it at like 11 pm. He told them he couldn’t get it until the following morning. They asked what time his bank opened. What kills me with this is all the slowly trickling bills that come in after the fact. I just got one recently from where my son had a procedure done over 6 months ago. Give me back my old free market BCBS and then I would place that type of value on it.
