There was nothing sexual about a slap on the butt. If he grabbed her maybe. I'd say it was just plain assault.

Meh I've got in a good bit of trouble at school for being a hellion but I never slapped a girl's ass without permission..even tho I wanted to many times...reckon my mom had an influenece on that

And at that point you proceeded to smack her behind? I never been a big butt smacker but I would have a very hard time with the asking first part. How would you even bring that up?

Bottom line, he is a grown ass man, married and a youth minister. He knew better, he did it anyways and now he is suffering the consequences of his actions. It's not for anyone on this site to determine if what he did was "OK" or not to that reporter. Slapping and grabbing a random womans ass is reprehensible and there is no room for it. It's both funny and disturbing to me, that this forum full of "Christian" men can't see that and instead, try to justify what this ass hat did.
BTW, here is the definition of sexual battery in GA
"Sexual battery occurs when a person intentionally makes physical contact with the intimate parts of another person's body without their consent. The Code defines “intimate parts” as the “primary genital area, anus, groin, inner thighs, or buttocks of a male or female and the breasts of a female.”
