Set up in a new spot on some public. Hoping the deer move before the rain gets here this evening. Good luck everyone.

In Bankhead. One buck came by but with only on tag left I let him go. Looked like. Small 8 that needs more time anyways

One of the biggest bucks I ever killed you could smell hammermill that morning.

Slept late so we tried to slip into a house at home but had deer in the field. Set up in the rd trying to get Austin a shot on the big doe but a smaller one saw us.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

The place I grew up on is on river road west of hammermill. On an east wind and heavy dew I used it as cover scent. No way a deer could smell me over that

Was planning a quick hunt and then over seeding some fields, but I’ve seen 15-20 so far, so I’m gonna sit until they stop moving.

Dropped a doe at 1115. Pulled the free hand shot a little and hit her brisket and exited offside shoulder. Hornady SST’s messed her up.

Didn't see any deer today the wind started changing directions in a hollar I was on the side of so I sit from 6-11:20 and decide the wind isn't going to work with me today so I got down. We have a family get together this afternoon so I'm done for today. Could have tagged out on squirrels though in the first 5 mins.
