I’d get first lite.. but yes it is. Until you’ve worn it it’s hard to justify.
Get that First Lite stuff in briars and it's gonna shread.
I’ve heard this from other people as well. I was looking at getting a few pieces but decided against after my friend told me this.
Sitka's best jackets are similar. Their best coats are their waterfowl stuff. Their whitetail stuff has a better woods hunting material but is designed stupid by duck hunters. If the older Duck Oven coat with the low pockets had a better outer material it would be the finest deer huntin' coat on the market, period. It's still mighty fine.
