Depending on just how much less uncomfortable it would be or how vain one might be, one might look into "scrotoplasty" (yes, that is a real thing and some women have their playground surgically lifted and tightened up as well).

The wife and I just turn off the lights before we get naked. That way we can imagine how we looked 30 years ago. There's a waitress at a Casino in Mississippi that had that Surgery done (she was telling us about it) think she's only like 40ish too lol. Think she called it a coochie rejuvenation 🤣🤣🤣 Wow what did you order for her to tell you that. Annnd she had it done when she’s forty. I didn’t think it wore out that soon LOL Well are regulars and she likes to yack a lot 😮🤣
