You spread out the killing you might get to hunt more. I like shooting them though. Everytime I say I'm gonna enjoy the show a little longer my trigger finger overrules my brain and pulls the trigger. Its a medical condition of some sort.

NO ONE gets an appointment with me before 10 a.m. the first 3 week days of the season. I'm sure there will be a few statements like "I'm sorry, but Dr. Harris is running a little late today." from the middle of March til end of April!  I am going to try for the 28th time to kill a bird on opening day. So far, I'm 0-27. I've never bagged a bird opening morning. I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick that darn football! Dr. B

I took the 16th, so I'll start on the 15th in the evening and then watch the sunrise 3 days in a row Lord willing.

I work off on the 14th! Seven days of aggravation. Hope to find a 2 year old that wants to ride in my truck. Man I love working 7 on 7 off when the days line up with opening day.

Unless something changes quickly, I won't have a place to hunt in Alabama. First time in looooong time.
I may have to wait for the Georgia opener.

I will be after them beginning the 17th through the remainder of the week.............may try it on the 15th but I hear it may be storming the first 2 days before I start hunting them on Saturday :-)
I will also be taking my kids on the youth hunts next weekend

Don't think I'm gonna go any opening week this year. Might hunt some later in the season. Or maybe not.

You lucky son of a gun.  My hitch lined up last year to where I flew offshore opening morning. I missed the first 14 days  At least it's a little better this year

PCP, you could take off every day of season except for the last five and still kill more than 90% of us on here. If you and Deadeye hunt the first week, y'all will be crappie fishin the rest of season. Turkey killin machines....,
