I just turned 40 in May fyi...

The thing that PISSES me off if I had to pull my fridge and go down THREE concrete steps to my patio to defrost it and clean the coil last night . I pulled and pulled on this thing this morning trying to get it back up ONE step and couldn't budge it. My dad lives next door and is a disabled vet, my wife has bad scoliosis so no dice there. All the while I am wearing my knee brace from a torn ACL (other knee not the same one from 10 years ago). I also have arthritis in my lower spine. So I have to call my neighbor down the road to help me push it up the steps while I pull the dolly. This is a bunch of horseSH**! 15 years ago I would have toted that thing on my back and certainly wouldn't have needed help along with a hand truck.

WTH happened to being 25 and bulletproof??

Toting it on you back 15 years ago is what's wrong with you now. I've got the same problem.

That is exactly what happened. You figured out your own problem.

For example, sitting on your balls. That's a real epiphany the first time it happens.

I'm 53, and sore from using a climber the past couple of days. Heck with that.
My wife and son both have the flu, I'm waiting on that little jewel of a nugget to
kick in. Finished off the rest of the Moonshine last night trying to ward it off.

40. I have vague memories of 40. Back then I could do for 40 minutes what it takes me 40 minutes to remember now. Y'all pups ain't seen schit yet. And yes, sitting on your balls becomes a reality.

You will, that day is coming. Usually happens when you pass 50.

I'm 62. If I drop something I have to debate myself whether it is worth it to bend over and pick it up or not.
