Incorrect. A pile of corn will be deemed illegal to hunt over when the first case of CWD is found in Alabama.
A food plot will still be a legal means of hunting...without the need of a permit.
True, even though with a plot you're helping congregate deer in one area for an unnatural, supplemental food-substance source as they pee, poop, leave saliva and communicate with each other via touching noses.
Just like they do when they're eating corn spewed by a spinner feeder or have their head in a trough.
But, food plots are "conservation" and OK because they don't help spread CeeDubyaDee like evil unethical corn feeders-troughs-piles.
