Anybody checked out the new Elite bows? Great shooting bows, have to say I'm very impressed. The GT500 is as good as any bow on the market IMO. Super fast and surprisingly easy to shoot to be so fast. The guy that designed Bowtech's bows designed these and they seem to be all the rage for this year. We've been very pleased since we got ours in.

Any idea of how much they cost?

My 09 AT edition Z28 is on the way! I cant wait to get it set up and start shooting. It's the perfect hunting bow for my taste, Elite really nailed it with the Z.

They are in the $700-$800 range. The Z28 is a sweet forgiving bow and the GT500 is downright smoking.

I also got me an AT edition of the GT500 on the way, that black/camo is just too cool. We have more people looking at that bow than anything else.

I never got a chance to shoot the GT, kinda wish I would have. I was looking at the S2, AM32 and the Z. All 3 were great, but the brace, draw and speed combo of the Z was tip top. Like you said it also looks killer. Im going to set mine up with a quad ultra, octane bantamweight quiver and octane stab. I will post some pics when I get'er done.

If someone is stuck on shooting a solocam I totally understand that. They're smooth and forgiving and easy...but if you're considering a binary or cam & 1/2 setup then I think Elite is the best out there. I've shot them all this year and the only bow with comparable performance to the Z28 or GT500 are the PSEs - and I really don't like the way they feel in my hand(Hoyts are a close third). I love my Mathews(Legacy) so much that I think I'll keep it too, but the next bow I get will be an Elite.

That is unless Kevin Strother can get out of his legal debacle and build a new one that shows them up
