I have a buddy who swears up and down that he was hunting with his gf (on her period) and she went over the hill behind the shooting house to pee and when she came walking back he had to tell her to hit the dirt so that he could shoot the buck that was trailing her.
my experiences in the woods have shown that young buck are HIGHLY curious about scents -- of any kind ... so, it's conceivable
