Has moultrie shut the doors? I have a moultrie mobile camera and thier
Customer service has always been the best i have ever dealt with, but iam having
Problems and have called for the past 2 days with no answer or callback
The thing keeps telling me there is no techs available to take my call and hangs up
Is anyone having problems getting in touch with them or having problems with thier camera
Moultrie customer service is the main reason i always and only buy moultrie
Cameras feeders and spreders. Any info will help

I bought a moultrie mobile last week. Had issues. Zero help from CS on fixing it. Returned it. Back to covert for me

In the past if i had problems they were great to fix it or help or even send me a replacement
But i have been waiting on a call back since yesterday and i called again
Today and its been 3 hours, in the past it was within 30 minutes i would have a call back
Mine is not conecting i put brand new duracell batteries saturday and today the battery light was yellow
Which means they are at 50 percent, iam about ready to throw this thing

I'm ready to make a purchase now. I've tried Moultrie, even got the new 4G modem. It never sent a single picture. Couldn't get help either. Is covert no doubt what I need?

Youre leaving out the part that it was sold by Cabelas used to you and that the previous owner registered the camera and activated a plan. They're not gonna turn that camera off and register to you. That's one reason I purchased mine. If stolen, the person couldn't just buy a plan and use it...

IVE been calling them as well. they will hang up on you when no one is available. They finally called me back today!

Update, they just called back and we went through stuff over the phone
And nothing worked so she put me on hold and said she would be right back
With a expert tech and after my call timer on my phone hit 45 minutes i
Pressed 2 to be called back. This is past anything i have ever experienced with
Moultrie ever. Is covert really a better option? I know pigman pushes them on his show

Never owned a cuddebak. Linking the cams together in a small areas cool but I'm scattered over a 20mile area so that link system wouldn't do me any good.

Moultrie has sucked since they sold out and relocated. You cant just walk in and drop off something for repair like ya used too. Now, even if you are 5 minutes from there they want you to ship it in. if its out of the original warranty period they wont even fix it if you want to pay them for the repairs. I used to be a die hard Moultrie fan and still have some i-40 cams that are probably 20 years old that still work but the last 6 or 7 years of cams have just been a crap shoot. if im going to roll the dice on a cam that might not last a year im going to buy a $40 cam over a $75 Moultrie

You can try and contact SpyPoint customer service and that would make you feel better about Moultrie's customer service. Moultrie is not the worst.

My next cell cams gonna be Wal mart Spypoint. My neighbors out performed his covert and spartan cams last year. Moultries plans cost too much for the guys with a cam over bait, especially down there with the der numbers
