Then I would get in a deer stand and miss a 100 lb deer. I found out I had poor depth perception and cannot accurately judge distance up a tree. I bought a pendulum and haven't missed many since. I also attribute that to being very picky about what shot I take.
The first time I ever climbed up a tree while bow hunting, I had shot all my arrows by 7:30. I had to climb down and retrieve them. By 8:30 I had shot two more times and hadn't even come close to hitting one. I can't begin to tell you how many I missed that season.
I remember you shooting those five times. I was wondering what the heck had attacked you.
