I drive a similar amount and wish I had a company vehicle.
That many miles you'll depreciate a vehicle RAPIDLY.
Hit a deer, not your problem.
When gas goes up, not directly your problem.
When you blow a tire and thrash a fender, not your problem. Never had a company truck to drive but this makes perfect sense to me. The peace of mind would make my work day much better.
