It happened to me once on public but I made the mistake of putting a camera in an easy to access spot. I still wanted to punch somebody in the mouth. I think I said this on one of the videos but every buck I’ve killed in the last 2 season we’re within 75 yard of fresh scrapes. Early season,after the velvet sheds,I usually relocate all my cams from mineral spots to known white oaks/water oaks/swamp chestnuts that produce. Can usually count on some pics at those sites;normally quite a few daytime pics as well. Good luck this season SW. I'll be following along

I don't know about where you are but where I hunt in Dallas County there will be no acorns this year. Period. Privet is where they will be once we get a little bit of rain to green it up. This...ive killed exactly one buck working a scrape....rest have been around rubs or old rubs depending on time of year...but id watch areas of old rubs early season...never know if he made it or didn't from last year They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.
