Right and what I'm saying is that corn derived from RR corn has the same resistance in it - you can still spray it with round up.
Monsanto doesn't even exist in the same capacity as they did back in 2013 when they were suing everyone. And I doubt they are coming after little ol' peons like me that are planting a couple of acres for deer.
if you are sure that it came from rr planted corn (which upwards of 95% is), then yes, you can spray over the top. for a food plot that you aren't making revenue on, I wouldn't think it would interest them to come after plot planters.
