they are not illegal if the state legislature has given them permission to enforce criminal laws civilly. They are however, unethical from a LE standpoint. What is legal is not always moral and what is moral is not always illegal.
A lot of attorneys have beaten these things, it is just that none of them have taken them on as a class action. that is what will end them. They made speeding a civil offense for the city so it is not criminal No, it is still criminal, but they allow it to also be enforced civilly.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
