Fake news. No way our govt does 127 projects with 3.6million. It cost 300thousand to put up 150ft of guardrail on the side of 160 in nectar al. They would pay 3.6million for 127 haircuts. The whole article is bullcrap. It's 3.6 billion not million. And i don't think think should be taken anything from the military to build that damn Wall I think the military should be working the wall since one of their Constitutional Powers is border protection. I’ve been saying that for years. I guess it just makes to much sense. The Army and the Navy have the best construction/engineering/design/build departments in the world.
