The slow march towards enslavement drives on.
A side note, buy backs would cost the tax payer literally billions of dollars.
Notice how quickly the conversation has moved from "common sense gun laws" to going after pistols and semi-automatic weapons in general. It is a slow march to take them all away as they will all be deemed dangerous sooner rather than later.
