The government can learn way more about you through key logging and what sites you visit than conversations in your home. My BIL (retired Navy Commander) works in cyber security now. He’s changed some settings on out google minis and other devices in the house to make them “safe”. I have 4 in the house but all on switches. Want to listen to music or need a timer, just flip the switch. All of mine are mounted in recessed lighting. They work great as built in home audio .
