How you know they're drinking and driving? Serious Question? Pretty easy to spot, when they are going half in and out of lanes, almost sideswiping folks etc.....Called in a woman about a month ago that was so drunk she could barely walk and had two kids in the car under 4. Took me 20mins to get the police on her. Gotcha. I called in one several years ago, i couldn't help but do it, he nearly hit 3 cars, they found him pulled over taking a piss on the side of the road with a beer in his hands
