UPDATE : Thank you for the prayers and kind words guys. They’ve got him stabIlized and he’s communicating with us. Seems like the paramedics fast response really improved his chances of a positive recovery.

Recognizing the signs of a stroke and calling 911 ASAP is very important. They have a shot they can give if the stroke is diagnosed by a doctor, but I think the time needs to be within 3 hours.
